It Takes Two game
It Takes Two had a fantastic Christmas time success with at least two million sales, according to Hazelight, which revealed on October 13 that the award-winning co-op game had reached three million units sold.
The game has also received appreciation from a number of well-known figures in the gaming industry.
The game chronicles the adventures of Cody and May, two humans who have been magically converted into living dolls.
They are trapped in a magical realm and must overcome their shattered relationship as well as a variety of obstacles to return to normality. Dr. Hakim, the love guru, is their guide throughout their voyage.
It Takes Two Game Of The Year
It was a standout of 2021, according to Dark Souls director Hidetaka Miyazaki, as well as officials from Naughty Dog, who declared it was their game of the year.
The game is unique in that there is no single-player mode; instead, it must be played in co-op with a friend, either in person or online. Since its release in March 2021, it has earned great reviews from critics.
With over three million copies sold as of October 2021, it has already earned hundreds of industry prizes.
It Takes Two Movie
It Takes Two's success has led to a partnership between Hazelight Studios and dj2 Entertainment to develop adaptations for film and television.
“Creating the world and story in ‘It Takes Two’ was so much fun for me and the team,” Josef Fares, the creator and creative director of Hazelight, said. “Since it has a strong narrative with many crazy characters and just as crazy co-op action moments, the potential is huge for a great adaption to film or television.”
