Cyberpunk 2077 may be getting a next-gen makeover soon, since the game has been sighted for PlayStation 5.
Next-Gen Version of Cyberpunk 2077 Reportedly Found on PS5
A fresh addition hints that the long-awaited next-gen editions of the CD Projekt Red RPG may be on the road, according to the PlayStation Game Size Twitter account (below), which frequently reports results from across the PSN database.
As you can see in the tweet below, the new database entry appears to indicate a native PS5 version of the game, along with a fresh new piece of cover art.

According to a follow-up tweet from the account, a next-gen version of the game could be released between late February and early March on consoles.
However, like with all leaks and rumors, it's best to take everything with a grain of salt until an official announcement is made.
Cyberpunk 2077's highly anticipated Xbox Series X/S and PlayStation 5 improvements were most recently postponed in October, when CD Projekt Red informed fans and investors that the game will be delayed until Q1 2022.
A follow-up tweet on the upgrade's release date gave few reasons for the delay, but did say that the developer wanted to "make it right." With a similar release window for the game reported by PlayStation Game Size, it's possible that the next-gen versions of Cyberpunk 2077 will be released without further delay.
Cyberpunk 2077 disastrous launch on the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One systems
CD Projekt Red will almost likely be aiming for a much easier debut of Cyberpunk 2077 on the next-gen consoles than the game's disastrous launch on the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One systems.
Following the game's first release, the developer settled a number of lawsuits with disgruntled investors in December, claiming that they had been misled about the game's performance on last-gen hardware.
